PUBLIC NOTICE EPA – Treatment Plan Review
The Village is considering funding a project through the Ohio EPA Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) which is subject to environmental review requirements. The project consists of improvements to the waste water treatment plant. The Ohio EPA is making available for public review a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) and an Environmental Assessment (EA) of potential environmental impacts.
The Village is providing the FNSI an EA at the Village Office and on the Village website (www.villageofelmore.com). The documents are also available at the Ohio EPA’s website (www.epa.state.oh.us/Default.aspx?tabid=2202).
There is a 30-day period during which comments on the environmental review may be submitted to the project Environmental Planner at Ohio EPA listed at the end of the EA.
